All students must obey the following instructions strictly:

  1. Classroom:
  2. Working hours: 8.00 am to 2 pm o all working days.
  3.  No students will miss a class without permission of authority. Absent for classes individually or mass without prior information and valid information is punishable.
  4. Students requiring leave should apply in advance along with the request letter from the local guardian. The request letter should be submitted to the principal through the class coordinator. If the students have availed sick leave, they should produce a medical certificate.
  5. Students are not allowed to have visitors during the college working hours, Students are not allowed enter other classrooms without obtaining permission from the respective Coordinators.
  6. Electronic item: Personal item such as Mobile phones, Cameras etc.are not allowed in the classrooms.
  7. Ragging is strictly banned.
  8. Dress Code:
  9. No student will put on clothes other than those issued/specified by the college.
  10. No students will go to any other place without permission.
  11. No student will wear tie-pins, rings or any ornaments except a simple chain and ear-ring.
  12. Students going outside the campus for purpose connected with the study will put on dress as prescribed by the authority.
  13. Students will take special care to use hair- clips, hair-pins and ribbon etc.appropriately to manage their hair. They will not come to college premises with untidy hair.
  14. In the college premises no student will put on any glasses other than the prescribed one by the ophthalmologist.
  15. The students should wear ID cards within the college premises.
  • Laboratories:
  • The working hours will be planned and the timings will be informed in prior to the students.
  • Students are allowed to enter the labs only in the presence of the faculty.
  • Lab articles can be borrowed with the prior written permission of the lab in- charge .Do not scribble over/damage any of the instruments/beds/manikins etc.
  • In case of any loss or damage, the respective student will be fined and made replace to the damaged articles.
  • Library:
  • The library will remain open in all working days from 8am to 6 pm.
  • Students should write their names in entry register when enter the library.
  • Complete silence should be maintained   inside the library.
  • Students are not allowed to bring out any book from library.
  • Clinical Placement:
  • Clinical Placement will be organized by the respective coordinators.
  • In clinical placement students are allowed to take care of the patients under the supervision of the clinical instructor.
  • Punctuality is to be strictly maintained during clinical placement.
  • Clinical diary should be maintained regularly and accurately.
  • Hostel
  • Room Allotment/Shifting: Room allotment is done with the permission of the principal. Student should not interchange their rooms or shift into vacant room/bed without prior written permission from the principal.
  • Students are not allowed to keep large amounts of cash or valuable ornaments. The management is not responsible for loss of any valuables.
  • Electric appliances are not allowed inside the room. The light &fans should be switched off, when not required.
  • Jeans, short tops, tights, hip-huggers, or low rise pants are not allowed in hostel.
  • Sports & Recreation:

       Sports and extracurricular activities are allowed between 5pm to 6 pm.

  • Visitors:
  • Visitors are allowed only Friday in between 1 pm to 5 pm
  • Visitors should make their entry in the visitor register.
  1. Leave and Out pass:
  2. Parents may give one local guardian’s address along with photographs where their daughter can stay in case of any need.
  3. The students should write in the movement register whenever they enter and leave the hostel premises.
  4. Students have to hand over the keys of their rooms to the warden before availing vacation.
  5. Out pass form is mandatory when they going out of the campus premises.
